SCHEDULING
ANY meeting, gathering or event that is to take place on the parish premises MUST be scheduled through Maureen in the parish office.
Notifying Maureen ensures there are no conflicts and is also a security precaution intended to keep the office aware of who is on the premises and what activities are taking place at all times. Failure to schedule through Maureen may result in forfeiture of the space to another group or event, regardless of whether use of said space is otherwise regularly scheduled. In other words, don't assume because your group has always had a specific meeting/gathering/event in a specific location on a specific date that you do not need to schedule with Maureen. Nor should a group assume because their meeting/gathering/event has already been advertised to the parish that Maureen is aware of this and has reserved the space required on your behalf.
If a group representative has not communicated directly with Maureen, the event has NOT been properly scheduled.
