"Best Bingo in the City"
If you like excitement, enjoy winning money and are over 18 years of age, you are welcomed to join us Friday nights for our parish sponsored Bingo (except for Good Friday or whenever Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day falls on a Friday). Early Bird games start at 7 pm and regular games begin at 8 pm.
The mission of Bingo is to provide financial support to the parish to help keep school tuition for our parish students affordable while also providing a fun social event for our community. St. Margaret Mary Bingo is fully supported by volunteer parish members and is one of the largest fundraising efforts for the parish and school. All parishioners are encouraged to volunteer their time to the Bingo either as a worker or as a patron.
Bingo Trivia - Did You Know?
- Our Bingo is said to have started in 1939, making it the oldest operating Bingo in the area.
- At one time our Bingo was so popular that the Greyhound Bus Line was used to transport patrons from Western Hills, Northside and other areas.
- When other local bingos began to present competition, the current committee took over in 1989, updating the games and introducing the popular instant tickets.
- Over 2 million dollars have been contributed to the parish since 1989.
