The Bereavement Committee offers emotional support to families who experience the death of a loved one. Members offer guidance in the planning of the celebration of the funeral liturgy (Rite of Christian Burial), assist the priest, and attend the Mass.
The Bereavement Ministry provides comfort and guidance to families in their time of loss. Anyone who is interested in serving the parish through this ministry is encouraged to contact the Parish Office, (513) 521-7387.
The Marriage Preparation group is comprised of married couples who offer support and mentoring to engaged couples who wish to receive the Sacrament of Marriage.
Participation in the designated preparation programs, FOCCUS and an Archdiocesan Pre-Cana Program are prerequisites for the celebration of marriage as required by the Archdiocese and parish guidelines. Members of the Marriage Preparation group provide guidance and counseling to the engaged couple as they navigate through the program.The administration, meeting and discussion of FOCCUS usually takes place in the married couple's home.
